Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in absence management?
Manpower Engineering are looking for an HR Advisor to join our client's team on a project that is focused on short-term absence.
In this role, you will guide Line Managers through absence policies, manage data, and drive improvements in performance. Your strong data skills and ability to support Hiring Managers will be key to your success. You'll play an essential role in identifying policy triggers, offering guidance, and ensuring the business stays aligned with HR practices.
This is initially a 3-month contract and you will be working 36 hours per week, there is scope for hybrid working giving you the option to work from home 1-2 days per week.
To succeed in this role you will ideally be CIPD level 3 trained and have a minimum of 2 years' worth of experience in navigating absence issues confidently and proactively.
