This new role has been created to support ongoing business growth, involving the project management of both new properties and refurbishments.
Role Overview:
As the Property Project Manager, you’ll manage an extensive pipeline of property projects from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with third-party suppliers and internal teams, ensuring all projects meet statutory compliance and business needs. Additionally, you'll handle property-related requests from various departments, using your design skills with AutoCAD (training available if needed) to bring a variety of property projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the end-to-end management of property projects across the estate
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and project objectives
* Use AutoCAD to produce designs for a diverse range of projects
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in construction and fit-out project management, ideally within commercial property
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus (training can be provided)
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles
* Familiarity with Building Regulations and health and safety standards
* Competence in project management software, such as MS Project
* Full, clean driving licence due to travel requirements
