TMM Recruitment is assisting with the search for a Credit Controller to support a Finance Team on a permanent basis in Turriff. This important role is focused on assisting with the creation and maintenance of customer accounts and timely collection of their balances.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Setting up new customer accounts following the completion of required documentation and credit/information checks.
* Communicating with customers in regards to their accounts and payments, providing necessary information as requested.
* Monitoring aged debt records and collaborating with the Sales Team to optimise collections.
* Processing and recording customer payments made over the phone.
* Updating and maintaining customer account notes to ensure an accurate and current case history.
* Handling queries from customers in relation to their accounts.
* Participating in monthly debtors review meetings.
