We are seeking a well-organized, proactive, and flexible individual for the role of Behaviour Mentor.
As a crucial member of the Behaviour & Inclusion Team, the Behaviour Mentor will play a key role in providing support for students facing social, emotional, and/or behavioural challenges. This role involves helping students overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside of school, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the provision of tailored support for students with social, emotional, and/or behaviour difficulties.
* Implement and support positive behaviour strategies across the school as part of the Behaviour & Inclusion Team.
* Make a significant impact on individual students' lives and successes by fostering strong, effective relationships.
* Work collaboratively with other adults to ensure impactful provision for young people.
* Develop and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
