KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Programme Performance & Compliance
* Ensuring all KPIs, targets, and compliance requirements are met across internal and Consortium projects, aligning with funder and organisational expectations.
* Overseeing audits, inspections, and risk assessments to drive continuous improvement and high service standards.
* Maintaining performance dashboards, identifying trends, and sharing insights to enhance project delivery and decision-making.
Data Management and Oversight
* Overseeing data collection, governance, and compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
* Ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and effective use of dashboards to communicate project impact.
* Providing strategic insights to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Quality and Process Improvement
* Drive operational efficiency though reducing duplication and ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing project delivery and compliance with quality standards.
* Conduct site visits and assessments, ensuring project partners meet administrative, performance, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder & Partnership Engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with funders, commissioners, and partners to ensure project alignment.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement, organising partnership meetings, collaboration sessions, and project updates.
* Support funding and partnership development, identifying new opportunities and addressing stakeholder queries effectively.
Project Co-ordination and Administrative Oversight
* Coordinate reporting, audits, and project reviews, ensuring compliance, accountability, and efficient scheduling for internal and consortium-led initiatives.
* Oversee financial tracking and data management, working with finance colleagues to monitor budgets and measure project impact.
* Ensure effective documentation and compliance, maintaining GDPR standards and supporting funding bids and business development.
Line Management Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day supervision, performance reviews, and professional development support to ensure staff achieve key objectives.
* Facilitate training, development, and cross-team collaboration, ensuring effective data use across projects.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Experience
* Programme coordination, performance management, or quality assurance in a similar role.
* Data-driven performance monitoring systems to assess project outcomes and impact.
* Working with funders, commissioners, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.
* Co-ordinating audits, reporting, and quality assurance activities e.g. ISO9001, IAG Matrix.
* Project management.
* Experience managing or supervising staff, particularly in data or performance-related roles.
* Ability to engage and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
* Producing accessible performance reports and presenting to multiple stakeholders.
* GDPR and Data Protection Compliance
Skills & Qualifications
* A relevant qualification in Project Management, Quality Assurance, or Business Administration
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.
* Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management tools, and data reporting systems.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work proactively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports, presentations, and project documentation.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
