JOB TITLE: Site Manager
LOCATION: Covering the South West (Exeter - Cornwall) Occasional travel to Telford.
HOURS: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 Friday. (1 hour lunch)
Job Purpose:
1. To manage and control customer supply only and supply & fit contracts on Doors and Windows/To carry out minor adjustments where necessary whilst attending site
Key Accountabilities:
2. Manage a team of sub-contractors within allocated region
3. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site, and appointed installers
4. Ensuring all projects meet agreed technical standards
5. Responsible for audits and inspections for doors and windows
6. High standard of communication internally and externally
Key Experiences and Skills Required:
7. Knowledge and Experience of both Social and New Build sectors
8. Knowledge and understanding of relevant Window & Door legislation
9. Provide a high level of employment history in Site Management
10. Knowledge of installation of windows and doors
Desirables Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
11. CSCS Card
12. First aid at work
13. Asbestos Awareness trained
14. SMSTS (preferred)
15. Excellent people management skills
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
17. Problem solving and analytical thinking
