Description Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the IR Team. Coordinate and manage diaries, meetings, and appointments. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for the team. Undertake any additional tasks as directed to support the IR Team. Profile A successful EA should have: 3 years experience working as an EA Proven experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry. Exceptional organisational and administrative skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. A high degree of professionalism and integrity.
