We are supporting a SEMH School dedicated to helping students of all ages overcome diverse challenges and reach their potential. This role is full time, working weekdays only, with an opportunity to transition into a long-term role!
We need someone who is:
* Experienced in SEMH support, care, or a similar role working with people with a range of Mental, Social, and Emotional needs.
* Patient, resilient, and passionate about making a positive difference.
* Able to effectively manage challenging behaviours and implement de-escalation strategies.
* A team player who communicates effectively with staff, students, and families.
