Requirements :
6. Conduct Assessments : Evaluate clients’ needs, strengths, and goals to develop individualized care plans.
7. Advocate for Clients : Work to address systemic barriers and ensure clients receive necessary services
8. Coordinate Services : Collaborate with other service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
9. Maintain Records : Keep accurate and confidential client records and progress notes.
10. Crisis Intervention : Provide immediate support and intervention in crisis situations
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
11. Social Work England registration
12. Eligible to work in the UK
13. Hold a full UK licence
14. Post-qualified experience
15. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
