We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior E-commerce Coordinator to oversee and enhance performance of our online site. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the online store, coordinating website updates, product launches, and content updates. This role will also support the team in driving sales growth, optimising conversion and seamless user experience leveraging data to inform decision-making.
The Role
Ecommerce Operations and Platform Management: Coordinate daily operations of the ecommerce and external OMS platforms, ensuring optimal order fulfilment, site performance and functionality. Analyse ecommerce metrics (traffic, sales, conversion rates, etc.), analytical tools and trading insights to continuously improve website performance. Coordinate website A/B testing, site deploys, user experience improvements, and enhancements to the online journey to boost engagement and sales. Manage third-party analytics tools such as Hotjar for improved website performance and testing. Work closely with the development agency and explore new initiatives following UX/UI best practices.
Merchandising and Product Management: Execute product data and imagery uploads, seasonal launches, promotions, and activations to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer journey. Oversee the product catalog, navigation, and implement product categorization and merchandising across the website. Utilize ecommerce metrics (traffic, sales, conversion rates, etc.), analytical tools, and trading insights to drive continuous website performance improvement and optimize product rankings for better conversion. Collaborate with the logistics team to manage inventory and replenishment and with the creative services team to ensure timely delivery of product imagery assets aligned with brand guidelines and omnichannel purchasing strategies.
Website Content Management: Manage content briefs and implement updates across the website, including the homepage, navigation, product listing and detail pages, fashion shows, and Casa World sections. Collaborate closely with the Creative Services and Marketing teams to ensure timely execution and aligned efforts with the go-to-market calendar.
Customer Experience: Collaborate closely with the customer service team to address e-commerce enquiries and enhance the overall end-to-end customer experience.
Project Management: Manage website projects from initial briefing to execution, working with external partners and ensuring internal approvals are secured at every stage.
Team Support: Support the Head of Ecommerce with administrative tasks for the broader ecommerce team, while providing guidance to junior team members to ensure efficient workflows.
The Candidate
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an e-commerce role within fashion, beauty of lifestyle industry BA or BS degree in related fields desired.
* Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (Shopify is a plus), Excel, CMS, UX/UI best practices and A/B testing. Familiarity with third-party analytics tools such as Hotjar and Google Analytics.
* Strong ability to interpret ecommerce performance data and metrics to inform business decisions.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage external stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving: A creative thinker who can identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
