Job Description Frasers Group is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Travel Co-Ordinator to play a crucial role in our dynamic hospitality team, you will be instrumental in implementing the Travel Policy across the group arranging national & global travel for our employees & visitors. Respond promptly to team inquires for travel & accommodation Research travel & accommodation options through nominated suppliers Confirm travel & accommodation arrangements using the most cost / time effective supplier Send appropriate documentation for travellers Compile monthly reports highlighting trends & projects Participate in supplier meetings to ensure service level agreements are upheld Facilitate the sharing & storage of documentation among team members & travellers Assist hotel reception team with telephone enquires and guest arrival as required
