In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers who are out in the field, meeting business owners and driving the adoption of our payment solutions. If you’re a motivated leader with a passion for sales and a knack for coaching, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Requirements
What You’ll Do
* Drive a culture of growth by promoting sales success across the team
* Inspire and motivate both co-workers and clients with a positive attitude
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, with the potential to earn a six-figure income
* Lead, support, and coach a team of 8-12 Area Sales Managers, helping them meet and exceed their KPIs
* Conduct joint visits with your team to provide hands-on coaching and skill development
* Build strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders in your territory
* Stay informed on payment trends, competitor offerings, and our own products to give clients the best advice
What Success Looks Like
* Consistently meeting monthly sales targets
* Driving revenue growth and increasing sales volume across your team
* Improving team performance on key metrics month after month
* Developing your team’s skills and achieving high employee engagement
What You Need to Succeed
* Proven success in managing and growing a sales team
* Field sales and B2B experience in a sales management role
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your schedule independently
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed targets
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
* A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel
* Experience in payment solutions or financial products is a plus

What We Offer
* £55,000 base salary with uncapped commission (OTE £100k)
