This full-time role offers the opportunity to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, starting immediately Position Details: Role: Cover Supervisor Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 4:00 pm Start Date: September 2024 About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless learning experience for students during teacher absences. Your key responsibilities will include: Engaging Pupils: Encourage the active participation of all students, ensuring they remain focused and engaged in their classwork. Behaviour Management: Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere by effectively managing student behaviour. Confident Communication: Support students by communicating clearly and confidently, helping them stay on track with their learning. Classroom Organization: Organize and manage the physical teaching space and resources, ensuring a conducive learning environment. What We're Looking For: Availability: Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, starting September 2024. Experience: Recent experience working with children in the UK is essential. Prior experience as a Cover Supervisor is advantageous. Compliance: Must have, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check. Location: Ideally live in or near Bracknell, or have reliable transport to commute to the area.
