Main duties of the job We are looking for a Clinical Team Lead with excellent communication and people skills who is able to provide the best leadership and management support to the Eastleigh School Nursing team based at Moorgreen Hospital. We want you to lead and support service transformation in this team with the development of effective relationships with both internal and external colleagues, keeping in touch with what is important to others and working alongside the current Clinical Team Leads.
