Our client is looking for a part time administrator to join their expanding team.
The hours are working 9am til 2pm Monday to Friday and paying £12.21 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service:
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email.
o Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, timely, and effective manner.
o Provide a first-class customer experience when providing information to help customers make informed decisions.
* Order Processing:
o Process customer orders accurately using Sage 50.
o Ensure accurate order entry and timely dispatch of products.
o Coordinate with logistics couriers and production teams to track order status and resolve any issues
* Experience & Qualifications:
o Proven experience in customer service or order processing
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
o Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
o Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage 50.
o Experience with CRM software (e.g.,OpenCRM).
