Job Title: Construction Project Manager\nLocation: Holystone, North Tyneside\nRemuneration: £61,600 - £70,000 per annum\nContract Details: Temporary, 10 months, Full Time\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead the day-to-day delivery of projects for funds, developers, and occupiers while supporting Directors on larger projects.\nSelect, appoint, and manage design teams in developing design solutions, planning applications, and statutory approvals.\nAdminister complex building contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.\nAssist with compiling tender documents, critically reviewing returns, and negotiating contracts.\nDevelop project documentation, including fee schedules, programmes, risk schedules, and master budgets.\nProduce comprehensive client reports at all project stages.\nManage and nurture client relationships throughout the project cycle.\nInterpret contracts and implement change management, resolving disputes and ensuring project controls are in place.\nEngage in business development internally and externally, leveraging existing client relationships.Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:\n\nIdeally MRICS or a similarly related Project Management qualification.\nStrong background in delivering project management for new build commercial buildings and significant refurbishment projects, particularly offices.\nExperience leading projects for diverse clients, managing schemes ranging from £2m to £50m+.\nProven track record in delivering high-quality project management services from inception to completion.\nAbility to manage and develop client relationships effectively.\nEnthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated.\nExcellent verbal, numerical, and report/proposal writing skills.\nStrong time management and organisational skills.\nFlexibility to work under pressure.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Outlook.\nWell-presented with outstanding communication skills.\nEager to join a dynamic and supportive project management team.\nRecognise opportunities to collaborate with specialist property consultancy colleagues to secure profitable work.Join a professional and dynamic team where your contributions matter!
