For this company, providing a high level of customer service is pivotal towards their Managed Services offerings, therefore the successful candidate will be a strong communicator via email, phone and email with a person-centred approach.

Essential Requirements:
* Experience in a 1st / 2nd line support capacity – telephone, email etc.
* Office 365 / Azure
* Active Directory
* Exchange
* Networking – DNS, Firewalls, Routers
* Customer focused
Desired Skills:
* Certifications – MCITP, CompTIA, Network+
* Experience in an MSP environment
* Telco exposure
