Location: Tongwell, Milton Keynes - fully office based
Salary: £14.31
Duration: 12 months initially
Job Type: 37.5 hours per week - 08:30 - 17:00 with a 1 hour lunch break.

Your Role:
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. You’ll be responsible for managing daily operations, addressing customer needs, and providing proactive solutions that exceed expectations.
• Customer Advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and delivering solutions.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor and streamline daily processes to ensure operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, manage escalations, and drive service excellence.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyse customer feedback and operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide actionable suggestions to enhance both customer experience and internal workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or related roles.
• Problem Solver: Excellent troubleshooting abilities with a focus on creating positive customer outcomes.
• Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for engaging customers and internal teams.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, customer service tools, and able to adapt quickly to new software.
• Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
• Results-Driven: A strong focus on achieving goals and continuously improving service delivery.
