We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Sister/ Charge Nurses to join our Nursing teams based at Withybush General Hospital.
Opportunities are available in the following areas:
1. Acute Clinical Decisions Unit - an acute medical Ward, focusing on short stay admissions
2. Accident and Emergency - houses 4 resuscitation beds, 12 major's trolleys and has its own minor injuries
3. Ward 11 - is an 18 bedded Hyper Acute Stroke/ Rehabilitation ward supporting Stroke patients

We are looking for nurses that are passionate & motivated about delivering the best care possible, who have excellent communication skills and are willing to work as part of a committed and skilled multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications and Knowledge
* Registered Nurse (Part 1)
* Current NMC Registration
* Pertinent postgraduate diploma (or equivalent development/ experience and a willingness to undertake appropriate post graduate diploma level study)
* Recognised management qualification
Experience
* Appropriate experience within speciality and able to demonstrate sound knowledge of relevant specialty
* Able to demonstrate sound knowledge of NMC Code (2015)
* Experience of working in a multi-professional environment
* Experience of running a ward/ area/ department
* Experience of working with pre-registration nursing/ midwifery students
* Experience of formal/ informal teaching and of mentoring pre-registration nursing or midwifery
* Understanding of wider nursing and health care related agenda
* Supervisory management skills
* Able to relate theory into practice through reflective skills
* Experience of coordinating a team
* Experience of facilitating learning in and from practice
* Previous experience of leadership and management
