We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team as the L&OD Digital Project Manager at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust.
This fixed term role will focus on several key digital projects for 2025 which include fully utilising the functionality of our online learning platform, leading on the online learning aspect of the RSFT/SABP Temporary Staffing collaborative, supporting the national statutory and mandatory training review and a full review of suitability of our current CPD and professional online learning programmes.
You should have a proven track record in project delivery and digital leadership. Have strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and experience in building effective cross-team relationships.

Support the delivery of a high quality Learning and Organisational Development function across the Trust that can deliver the strategy through expert advice, relationships and partnering as well as through well designed products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide a comprehensive technical systems support service to the learning and development function within the human resources directorate of the Trust, ensuring the smooth running and coordination of a range of learning and organisational development programmes which meet agreed corporate and directorate priorities and statutory regulatory requirements of staff employed across Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust.
* Lead on the day-to-day management of defined My Learning projects at all stages of the project life cycle.
* Continually review project support arrangements and make suggestions for improvement/further development.
* Support the Head of Learning & OD in the conduct of feasibility reviews required to develop robust business cases in support of IM&T project proposals.
* Provide effective leadership and communication to project staff/teams for projects being led/managed including appropriate specialist training where necessary.
