SCP4, £12.65 per hour + holiday pay (12.07%), 38 weeks - Term time only
We're looking for an exam invigilator to join our friendly team in the running of all public and internal examinations at the Co-op Academy Swinton. This is a casual contract and working hours will be negotiated for each exam period.
To be successful in this role, you will have good attention to detail, be flexible, and an excellent timekeeper.
Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.
Applicants should be computer literate and available from May on an ad hoc basis.
The role of an Invigilator is key to ensuring Co-op Academy Swinton examinations are managed efficiently and effectively, in line with procedures and processes.
Tasks include:
1. Preparing exam rooms
2. Distributing papers and stationary
3. Advising candidates of exam conditions
4. Observing students during the exam
5. Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are adhered to
6. Collecting exam materials after the exam and leaving exam rooms tidy
This role would suit someone who is confident, flexible, and adaptable, and is available during the exam series.
