Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of a range of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability, Autism and Mental Health needs. This provider is seeking a Team Manager to work alongside the Registered Area Manager on the oversight of services across Stoke on Trent.
The Team Manager in Stoke on Trent will:
Work with the Registered Area Manager to lead a team of specialist Support Workers.
Work 4 days supernumerary and 1 day on shift.
Work across an on-call rota.
Lead and inspire a team of specialist Support Workers to deliver the highest standards of care and support across services in Cheshire.
Work with the Registered Area Manager to ensure effective oversight of the services.The Team Manager in Stoke on Trent will need:
Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent ideally or willingness to work towards.
Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Leadership and supervisory experience in Learning Disability care or support settings.The Team Manager in Stoke on Trent will enjoy a range of benefits including:
