Operations Manager required for a stunning Wedding Venue in the Shropshire area. The Operations Manager will manage the Wedding Venue's operational departments and help drive this business forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager. With it being an events and wedding venue, the bookings are made 2-3 years in advance, which helps make this place more stable financially compared to restaurants.
The role:
We are looking for an Operations Manager who will lead the team. You will ensure all the departments run smoothly and manage the various heads of departments. This role will include all the normal Operations Manager duties.
Experience:
We are looking for an Operations Manager with a background in weddings and events. An Operations Manager who has worked in Country House Hotels would also be considered for the role.

Salary: depends on experience (bracket £33-37k)

Hours: Wed-Sun is the average week & hours can change depending on the time of the year and can range from 40 to 50.
