What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking the Lead – Own the end-to-end management of utility and council tax payments, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Problem-Solving Like a Pro – Work with suppliers, landlords, and internal teams to tackle queries and keep payments on track.
- Keeping Finances in Check – Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and make sure all financial records are spot-on.
- Building Strong Relationships – Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Driving Improvements – Look for smarter, better ways to handle payments, reporting, and team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- A sharp financial mind – Experience in utilities billing, finance, or property admin.
- Tech-savvy skills – Confident in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and financial reconciliation.
- A born leader – Comfortable managing a small team, training new staff, and leading by example.
- Exceptional attention to detail – You spot mistakes others miss and thrive on accuracy.
