The Senior Building Surveyor's Role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be part of a small but ambitious team, providing a collaborative and professional service to a diverse range of clients across the Thames Valley area.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering a comprehensive range of building surveying services.
Conducting professional and technical duties such as dilapidations, due diligence, condition surveys, and defect diagnosis.
Contributing to the development of the team's service offerings and client base.
The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor Will Have
MRICS qualification (preferred)
RICS-accredited degree (essential)
Strong consultancy background with in-depth property knowledge
Excellent written communication skills and proven business development capabilities
A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously within a supportive environment
