Your missions willbe:
* Welcome the guestsand ensure that the service is handled verywell
* Delivering an excellent service to ourcustomers and insuring the quality of service is achieved in thebreakfast the coffee shop and the bar
* Ensuresthe working areas are clean
* Handles any guestcomplaints and/or remarks provides a response as soon aspossible
* Complying with Food Safetyregulations
* Take food and drinks order andprovides support to the breakfast
* Listen to theguest at all times; strive to answer all requests from the guestsas quickly as possible ensuring that the service provided to theguests will win their loyalty to return to the hotel and the Chill#2 Caf and Bar
* Has an impeccable attitude whichconveys the image of the brand andhotel
* Passionate for the success of thehotel
* Attention to detail andquality
* Willing to embracechanges
Qualifications:
