The Customer Success Team
Are you passionate about customer success or have a background in the construction sector? Sensat is always on the look out for dynamic Customer Success Managers to join our team. In this role, you will cultivate and expand customer relationships, ensuring our clients maximise the benefits of Sensat’s transformative technology.
What you'll be doing
1. Manage a portfolio of Sensat's small/medium customers, ensuring success through adoption and goal achievement.
2. Develop account strategies with Sales, identifying growth opportunities, and deliver cross-functional success.
3. Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to our customers, optimising product usage and addressing customer challenges.
4. Oversee renewals, identify risks / opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and assess customer health using metrics and usage stats.
5. Mentor Customer Success Executives, lead internal projects and strategic changes, and promote Sensat's industry leadership.
What you'll bring
1. Experience in the construction sector, particularly within civil infrastructure, is highly desirable. However, candidates with strong customer success backgrounds from other industries are also encouraged to apply and can thrive in this role with the right mindset and adaptability.
2. Demonstrated success in customer success or project management roles, consistently delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
3. Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to enhance the overall customer experience.
4. Adaptable and creative mindset with a strong focus on finding solutions to complex challenges. Passionate about understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.
5. Familiarity with productivity and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Intercom is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling you to articulate value propositions clearly and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
7. Self-motivated and driven to take initiative, ensuring customers achieve their goals and derive maximum value from Sensat’s platform.
