It starts with you. As a Reporting & Reconciliation Analyst you are a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail. You have proven experience working in a Finance data analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Working Capital analysis team and sound knowledge of core working capital performance metrics (incl. DSO, DPO) and their underlying drivers. The Reporting & Reconciliation Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and insight derived from our financial data. Primary responsibilities will include preparation of finance performance reports, analysing variances and conducting regular reconciliations across Billing, Credit Control, Cash & Banking and AP. As our Reporting and Reconciliation Analyst, you will : Support the Reconciliation & Reporting Manager in standardising and Finance Services reporting and moving away from ad hoc, spreadsheet-based reports to self-service, Power BI / Tableau based analytics. Maintain a master catalogue of Finance Services KPIs which underpin Business Services KPIs Daily, weekly and ad hoc reporting of KPI's and other statistics for management, highlighting key trends and areas of focus Conduct variance analysis in collaboration with Finance Services (FS) process owners in order to provide performance improvement insights. Support the creation and maintenance of financial models to support strategic decision making and scenario analysis Define and monitor data sources and reporting outputs for completeness and accuracy Support the period end reconciliation process ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of financial accounts and transactions for processes operated by Finance Services. Continuously review and improve Reporting and Reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control. Collaborate with FS process owners in providing financial and data analysis expertise Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as data protection and privacy requirements Helping you feel good.
