Your role will be to support the team by looking after buyers and sellers throughout the entire sales process :) WHAT'S ON OFFER Permanent position Salary up to £24,000 Full-time - Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-5pm 39 hours (Very occasional Saturday mornings- 9am to 12 noon with time back in lieu) 22 days Holiday BH Your Birthday :) Free parking A SNAPSHOT OF THE SALES ADMINISTRATORS DAY Handle customer enquiries Qualify potential clients and accurately register them in the internal system. Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Schedule appointments and coordinate general diary activities. Conduct money laundering checks as required. Ensure all funding verification checks are completed. Take responsibility for all departmental administrative tasks. Keep case files up-to-date and organise Research the local property market by evaluating listings and monitoring market trends to determine appropriate pricing. List properties highlighting relevant services and amenities. Maintain ongoing communication with vendors, manage expectations, and provide feedback from viewings THE IDEAL PERSON Excellent communication skills Excellent attention to detail Good knowledge of Microsoft office Previous experience within the estate agency/ property sector would be ideal Strong written and verbal skills Please send your CV and let’s discuss the role.
