Job Description
A well-established tech-based company is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team. The Sales Account Manager will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers, developing new customers, and ensuring their requirements are met efficiently. As a sales administrator, you will be responding to customer inquiries and quotations, maintaining databases, and supporting Business Development Managers.
Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:
1. Promote relevant products, solutions, and technologies to both existing and potential clients
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and support
3. Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various market sectors
6. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
3. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
4. Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
5. Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in technology and business development
6. Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
7. Knowledge of barcoding and labeling systems is advantageous but not essential
