Main Duties
* To deal with student/customer enquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.
* To deal with student/customer enquiries via telephone in a professional and timely manner.
* To use computer system to deal with student/customer queries.
* To assist with University Open Days, taking part in question and answer sessions and promoting Cardiff University.
* To actively participate in the Customer Care initiatives.
* To abide by university policies on Health and Safety.
* To ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in respect of equality and diversity, data protection, copyright and licensing, security, financial and other University policies, procedures and codes as appropriate.
* You may be asked to perform other duties occasionally which are not included above, but which will be consistent with the role.
PLEASE NOTE: Interviews will be conducted during the week commencing 19 May 2025. Please ensure you can be available to attend interview during this time.
The role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with some additional evening/weekend work around A Level results day. There will be a small amount of on-site training which will be held at the CSL (no more than 2-4 days), the rest will be remote working. You must be based in the UK whilst working remotely on this role.
Laptop & headset will be provided - you must have a reliable internet connection.
