Role: Resource Management / Dispatcher
Duration: 6 Months rolling contract
Location: Bracknell, Surrey
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Resource Management / Dispatcher to join a fast-growing, dynamic cloud company. Our customer is currently seeking a motivated individual to join their Customer Support teams in the UK (Bracknell, Surrey), supporting a growing global customer base. You shall be responsible for providing best-in-class support, helping to ensure that the customers have a positive experience each time they contact support.
Responsibilities:
1. Workforce Management (WFM)
2. Managing user schedules; Setting up, maintaining and monitoring user schedules and exceptions
3. Incident Dispatch:
1. Receive and dispatch support incidents
2. Assigning incidents to the correct functional areas and required skill sets
3. Escalating with internal or external support resources and SME when necessary
Skills and Experience:
1. Fluent English speaker
2. Desirable WFM experience
3. Documentation Skills, Data Entry Skills, Telephone Skills, Multi-tasking, Dependability, Emotional Control, Reporting Skills
4. Must have the ability to learn and absorb technology quickly
5. Prior experience in a Customer HUB or Customer Care function for an Enterprise Software or SaaS environment is highly desired
6. The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. The ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative
9. Positive & Flexible attitude
