We are looking for two friendly and organized receptionists to join our team, working on a part-time basis at our busy Emsworth clinic. As the face of our practice, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and supporting the smooth running of our clinics. You will work closely with our dedicated vet and nursing teams to ensure the highest level of service for both clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients and provide exceptional front-of-house service
2. Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to client queries
3. Process payments and manage insurance-related inquiries
4. Respond to client emails professionally and efficiently
5. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas

Skills & Experience:
1. Excellent communication skills are essential
2. Previous experience in client-facing roles is preferred but not required
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment

Your shift pattern:
This role is for 2 receptionists to work 17.25 or 18.25 hours per week. We can offer a mix of morning and afternoon shifts, starting at 8am or finishing at 7pm including every other Saturday morning.
