Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager who can drive new strategies and plans for new technology with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be someone who can quickly learn and adapt to the company's working style, pick up, drive, and lead teams of people. This role involves working closely with engineering leads, project managers, and delivery consultants to support the engineering lead in setting out the tech strategy. This is primarily an engineering function, and the conversation about automation is crucial as teams often focus on end deliverables without considering how to improve engineering processes along the way.
