About the Role - The role is supporting the CMT which is the hub of the business and is home to HR, Finance, I.T, Compliance, and Marketing & Business Development. You will provide administrative support and assistance to the CMT and the Managing Partner’s EA by assisting with diary management, PowerPoint presentations and logistical tasks. As a Team Assistant the role requires a highly organised, strong communicator with excellent listening skills who can grasp the CMT’s needs and support them accordingly with a proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative.
Responsibilities -
1. Manage complex and challenging diaries
2. Organising external meetings and calls with clients and contacts
3. Organise travel arrangements
4. Respond to invites on behalf of the team
5. Point of contact and liaison for wider firm
6. Processing expenses/mileage claims for the team
