Here at Park View Veterinary Hospital, we are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Clinical Director/Veterinary Surgeon to join us. This role entails consults, operating, dentistry, performing work ups, and delivering in-patient care. You will fully support the Park View team from a clinical perspective, upskilling and mentoring our vets and nurses. We have an experienced team to manage the operational side of the practice, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best! We will fully support you to explore any clinical interests in the form of continuous professional development, helping with team support and mentorship.
Rota and Salary
* 4 days per week, average of 40 hours, flexible
* No OOH - in-house Vets Now cover
* Saturday mornings on a rota basis 1:4, 8:30am - 12 noon
* No Sundays, no Bank holidays
* Salary up to £95,000 DOE plus benefits
* Part-time and full-time applications welcome
* £5,000 welcome bonus

The Hospital Has:
* Dedicated dog, cat, and exotic wards, two theatres, and an on-site laboratory

* Laparoscopic equipment, endoscope, and bronchoscope
* A range of orthopaedic kit, electrocautery, and cryotherapy

Vets Now are working on-site, guaranteeing timely finishes with excellent in-patient care overnight without the worries of transferring patients.
Our team prides itself on practicing gold standard medicine and surgery. We have several certificate holders within the team, and our Head Nurse holds a Diploma.
We offer a culture of camaraderie, support, and high standards of clinical care. Our senior Vets (vet GDP advisors) are happy to mentor and discuss cases where required. With regular team and M&M meetings, we maintain good communication, discuss cases, and implement changes in a blame-free environment, actively encouraging the constant development and improvement of our practice.
