Our Responsible Business (RB) Team plays a crucial role in driving our initiatives related to financial education, community impact, climate change, and more. What you'll be doing:
As an ESG Coordinator, you will support our Responsible Business consultancy work within the SJP community, including our Partner Practices. You will work closely with RB Consultants and Specialists to deliver impactful projects and resources. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including:
ESG* (Environmental, Social, Governance)
1. Assisting RB Consultancy teams in delivering the Responsible Business proposition.
2. Supporting the RB team to deliver the SJP Financial Education scheme, collaborating with schools and colleagues to arrange volunteering days and training.
3. Supporting the achievement of our RB goals and important metrics by delivering activities and contributing to the RB dashboard.
4. Working with stakeholders across the business to ensure the effective delivery of activities against strategic objectives.
5. Providing practical guidance and support on RB topics, including inclusion and diversity, volunteering, and sustainable working practices.
6. Managing RB enquiries and directing them to the appropriate channels.

7. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a good understanding of responsible business strategies and topics relevant to SJP. The ideal candidate will possess:
8. An interest in Responsible Business, Environmental, Corporate and Social Governance (ESG), Sustainability, and Community Impact.
9. Experience in developing resources such as slide packs.
10. Basic understanding of the commercial reason for RB and ESG frameworks.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
12. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise and analyse information effectively.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
14. Outstanding time management, planning, and organisational skills.
15. A collaborative approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of empathy and compassion.

Special Requirements
While the role primarily involves office-based work, very occasional business travel, including attending external conferences/events, may be required.
