Join our Manufacturing team in Dinnington as a Continuous Improvement Design Engineer!
You'll play a key role in designing and building top-quality Parts Cleaning Machines, whilst driving continuous improvements in our manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities:
* Identifying and analysing inefficiencies in manufacturing, production, or service processes and finding ways to improve them.
* Working with product and process design teams to integrate continuous improvement practices into product designs or manufacturing processes.
* Using statistical tools to gather and analyse data to support decision-making processes.
* Applying structured methodologies to address specific challenges and improve performance.
* Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure solutions are sustainable.
* Documenting improvement efforts, outcomes, and new procedures, and reporting findings to management or stakeholders.
Skills/Experience Required:
* Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
* Worked in a manufacturing or repair environment.
* Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
