Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid
Location: Skipton / Hybrid home working
Salary: £21,850 - £23,000
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Minimum 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 30 days with service)

This Customer Service position will be based working in an office in Skipton; however, following completion of training, you will also be able to work from home on a hybrid basis.
Main Duties:
1. Handle a variety of customer enquiries including telephone, written correspondence, email, social media, secure messages, and web/live chat.
2. Capturing information onto the in-house system and data input.
3. Query handling in response to customer requests with the support of clear information and providing professional customer service.
4. Ensure every time you interact with a customer you are determined to provide the customer with the best possible experience.
5. Have the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Have experience within a previous customer service focused role (call centre, retail, hospitality etc.).
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Professional attitude and telephone manner.
4. Have basic IT skills.
Hours of Work:
35 hours per week
Opening times: Monday - Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-5.30pm, Saturday 9am-12pm.
Hours will predominantly fall between Monday to Friday; however, you would work Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
