Join our Procurement team as a Business and Data Analyst!
Are you a skilled Business and Data Analyst looking to make a real difference? We’re looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our dynamic Procurement team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
As part of our Procurement Shared Services function, you’ll play a key part in providing critical analysis services by supporting stakeholders in identifying and documenting requirements, process maps, optimisation opportunities and benefits.
A key focus of this role is optimising our Source to Pay (S2P) system and will be pivotal in ensuring the ongoing maintenance and optimisation across the procurement function to ensure the department continues to meet and exceed our goals and objectives.

Some things we need from you:
* Lean Six Sigma or similar business analysis qualification or equivalent experience
* Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office with demonstrable skills in data analysis
* Gap analysis, root cause analysis and requirement gathering experience
* Experience of creating, analysing, and optimising business process models
* Experience of Housing or a similar sector would be considered desirable
* Experience or knowledge within a procurement function would be considered desirable
While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations as required. Our Group offices are based in Central Park, Worcester and Birmingham Business, Park Solihull.
