Job Description
Employee Engagement & Retention:
3. Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and job satisfaction.
4. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and address areas for improvement.
5. Design and execute retention strategies, including career development programs and recognition schemes.
Performance Management:
6. Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring it is transparent, fair, and aligned with organizational goals.
Employee Relations:
7. Act as a mediator in resolving workplace conflicts and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
9. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and a culture of respect.
Administration:
10. Oversee day-to-day HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
11. Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee documentation, including contracts, amendments, and terminations.
12. Manage HR systems and databases to maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information.
Industrial Relations (IR):
13. Handle industrial relations matters including negotiations with labor unions, if applicable
14. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to working conditions, wages, and safety.
15. Address and resolve any issues related to labor disputes or strikes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
16. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the manufacturing sites.
17. Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
18. Work with plant leaders to identify staffing needs and prepare job descriptions.
Compliance & Reporting:
19. Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements related to employment and workplace safety.
20. Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to track trends and make data-driven decisions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Leader should have:
21. Location: Bharuch, 6 day work from plant
22. Experience: 12 - 20 years in HR with significant experience in the manufacturing sector.
23. Cultural Fitment: Mature, enterprising, and capable of working in a dynamic environment
