Responsibilities
* Drive global revenue growth, ensuring a validated multi-year roadmap
* Build strong, long-term client partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction
* Develop and execute account strategy and lead virtual account teams, including sales, solutions, services, and partners
* Develop long-term business strategies to support customer innovation
* Build and manage C-level relationships with strong governance and executive engagement
* Expand account footprint through strategic planning and partner collaboration
* Proactively identify customer challenges and provide solutions
Requirements
* Proven success in a Senior Account Management position for global accounts within Insurtech/Fintech
* B2B Enterprise Software sales experience also essential
* Strong solution sales skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Experience within P&C advantageous
* Experience with long term planning of resources, technology and account structure
* Proficient in Salesforce
* Ability to effectively lead a cross functional team by focusing on strategic outcomes
