Aztrum is pleased to be representing an AJ100 practice, who are seeking an Associate to join a dynamic architectural practice, renowned for delivering innovative Industrial facilities. This is your opportunity to lead transformative projects within the Industrial sector, whilst developing your career further, eventually into a director / partner level.
My client is a privately owned company, where you will gain exposure to working for one of the Top 10 Architects in the country, with long-term prospects, and tremendous landbank affiliation.
The Role of an Associate:
* Oversee high-profile Industrial projects from conception to completion, ensuring design excellence.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create groundbreaking solutions that meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers and patients.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life.
* Guide a talented team of architects and designers, fostering professional growth and creativity.
* Play a pivotal role in shaping the practice’s future, contributing to business development and market positioning.
Experience required for this Associate role:
* Proven experience in delivering complex Industrial projects.
* An excellent understanding of Revit.
* A track record of successfully managing teams and projects at a senior level.
* A passion for innovation and pushing the boundaries of architectural design.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to drive growth and opportunity.
* Chartered Architect status with relevant professional accreditation.
