The Wave, Bristol, are recruiting Front of House Team Members for our
2025 season!
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be
part of a successful & growing business that delivers fantastic food, gives
an amazing customer experience and is always safe, secure & legal. Working
as a team and reporting to the F&B manager, you will achieve this by
helping throughout the department. Providing our visitors with an enjoyable and
memorable time at The Wave’s clubhouse and providing the support behind the
scenes to help bring our products to the customers.

Our Front of House Team Members:
* Provide a welcoming
atmosphere for visitors
* Use the till system to take food and drink orders
* Open & close
the department, ensuring the department is ready for a successful and busy day
* Have a comprehensive knowledge of our menu, being
confident to make credible recommendations to our visitors
* Identify and act on opportunities to make
recommendations from the menu, to increase sales
* Comply with legal
and company health and safety standards, policies and procedures
* Use your position
as a platform to inform and engage our visitors about all our experiences and
offerings at The Wave
* Help your team by working in the different departments
of the café, as and when necessary, from the bar to the back of house
* Contribute towards a culture of amazing service through
great teamwork and communication between all areas of the F&B function
* Follow all cleaning procedures and use your initiative
to complete regular cleaning tasks
