Location: Ards / Bangor
Pay Rate: £13.03 per hour
Hours: Part-time, 3–9 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking a Community Programme Worker to support a variety of service users in social and play-based settings. This role involves working with:
* Adults aged 55 and over in a social setting
* Adults with additional learning and/or physical needs in a social/disco setting
* Children aged 5–11 in a playwork setting
Current programme schedule:
* Mondays, 13:00 – 16:00 – Over 55’s Club, Redburn Community Centre
* Mondays, 18:15 – 21:15 – Additional Needs Disco, The Hub Bangor
* Tuesdays, 15:00 – 18:00 – Play Club, Redburn Community Centre
You will be responsible for ensuring all safeguarding, health and safety, and council policies are adhered to, while fostering a positive and supportive environment alongside colleagues, volunteers, and carers.
Essential Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* At least one year of full-time experience in youth or play work, or
* At least three years of part-time experience in youth or play work
* Experience working with adults with additional needs (desirable)
* Experience working with older people (desirable)
* Relevant qualifications in youth work, playwork, or social care (desirable)
