The maintenance of electrical equipment and troubleshooting circuit problems including to install, rebuild, commission or repair electrical equipment as needed. Whilst on shift you will be required to assist with all service calls.
Proactively assisting operations technicians in troubleshooting and emergency repairs as well as to support and learn Mechanical Maintenance skills and tasks as necessary.
You will be responsible for your personal safety as well as assisting where you can with the safety of other team members and contractors. This includes, ensuring all safety rules and safe work procedures are followed, reporting near misses, and maintaining housekeeping.
Productivity and Reliability: you will need to safely troubleshoot issues by reading logic in PLCs and other control equipment, use diagnostic equipment and troubleshoot issues related to production machine coordinated drives. You will also need to maintain the SAP Plan Maintenance System, including following all computer based and paper processes for work order completion and documentation.
This role is shift based, meaning you will be required to work a 12-hour shift pattern, with a mixture of both days and nights.
Competitive Salary: The starting salary for this role is £46,260 per annum, with an additional shift premium of £164.Every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed annually and therefore there is ample opportunity for future salary increases.
~ Generous Pension: The Company will contribute double the amount you contribute towards your pension savings, up to a maximum company contribution of 14% of your pensionable pay.
~ Annual Leave: You will start with 25 days' annual leave entitlement (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service up to 30 days.
~5% of your salary into the 1-4-1 Share Plan, up to a maximum of £150 a month.

Have proven electrical experience in either process or a production environment in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods or similar industry.
Have electrical experience in the following manufacturing processes including, but not limited to PLC (Allen Bradley preferably) control systems, SCADA systems, instrumentation and 415v motor control circuits.
