Description Your new role Controlling the Lifecycle of Class 222/810 and TMC Documentation and data system management including the Administration of all Electronic Document Management Systems. General TMC administration and reception. Control the lifecycle of all Class 222/810 and TMC related documents and be the focal point for all technical updates. Manage and standardise the process workings and data entry points of the four Team Administrators in the maintenance teams. Populate, control and administer all Electronic Document Management Systems (e-DOCS, SinglePoint, Sirenum SOROS etc) Manage and maintain the interface between the Maintenance Management System (SAP) and EDMS Manage all ESCROW accounts and data deposits Responsible for All Super User support on SAP, including testing of data fixes and service releases Responsible for All Super User support on e-Docs Responsible for All Super User support on SinglePoint/Sirenum Responsible for All Super User support on SOROS Monitor and control EDMS to limit duplicates and miscategorising of documentation and promote standard formatting. Formalise and drive continuous improvement of document process management in compliance with business wide standards Manage periodic reviews of internal documents, processes and procedures Manage document updates in accordance with business wide updates as issued Manage the Continuous Improvement Feedback Forum Prepare for and be subject to internal and external audits of document control processes Responsible for management of standardised process and format for all electronic storage To arrange and manage meetings including the production of meeting minutes for all TMC Management, JNC and Planning meetings. Receive and redirect incoming calls emails and post Manage the correct levels of stationery and Kitchen supplies Providing general administrative support as required Collating information and compilation of period reports and presentations as reqired Assist the TMC manager as required. About you Essential Licences / Competences Previous document control/ office management experience Advanced IT skills – typically Excel, Word, Adobe & PowerPoint.
