Social Media Manager 12 month contract - £500 a day Location: Central London (St. Paul's) - Hybrid (2 days a week in office, remote for the rest) As our Social Media Manager, you'll be driving brand awareness, engagement, and building an active community across multiple social platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage key stakeholders, and deliver results in a highly regulated industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy focused on increasing followers, engagement, and community interaction. Campaign Development: Design and implement creative campaigns, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy and drive measurable impact. Community Engagement: Foster an engaged online community, encouraging meaningful interactions and building relationships with followers. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (growth, engagement, impressions, conversions) to assess campaign success and optimize future initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, providing expert advice and pushing back when necessary to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all social media activities comply with industry regulations and brand standards. Key Requirements: Proven experience in building communities and growing social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Strong analytical skills and experience with social media performance tracking tools. Demonstrable experience in developing and managing successful social media campaigns. Confident in managing stakeholders, with the ability to push back when needed to ensure strategic alignment. Creative, strategic thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends and analytics. Experience in a regulated industry (preferably).
