What will you be doing?
1. You will be leading the apprenticeship scheme and supporting the apprentices.
2. Attending reviews with the apprentices and education providers.
3. Working with the Engineering Managers to refresh and upskill their engineering populations.
4. Support all other areas of training and development across the business.

What you'll need:
1. Experience delivering Electrical Engineering courses.
2. Ability to coach and mentor apprentices.
3. Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
4. Qualification in Engineering or a related field.
