Seeking a Programme Manager for Leading a Portfolio of Customer Relationship Management Systems in Public Sector
Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager, to lead the CRM programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all projects related to the alignment and transformation of the company's customer relationship management (CRM) strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the CRM programme across the organisation.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for multiple projects.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and engagement.
- Guide the programme through its complete life-cycle, from evaluation, to transition, to business-as-usual service.
- Collaborate with business change experts to plan and execute change activities, leveraging an understanding of change management principles.
Qualifications & Skills:
To qualify for this role, you must have experience leading large-scale programmes/projects within complex organisations. In addition, we are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills as well as knowledge/experience working on various platforms.
The ideal candidate should also meet these requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of, and experience with, multiple CRM systems (Mainly: Dynamics 365 and Salesforce).
- Strong leadership qualities for managing staff and liaising with key stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Experience working in the Higher Education environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the organisation's operating structures.
- Ability to influence and manage significant change initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end programme/project delivery
